RETURNS

 Up to 14 days upon receiving the item to return all UK orders purchased.

See below for conditions in order for us to accept a return:

• Item must be returned to us in its original and unworn condition.
• Items must have all tags attached (if applicable).
• All postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please send all return parcels via Royal Mail Tracked as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

 

Up to 21 days upon receiving the item to return all International orders purchased (incl. US). Please ensure return is requested within 14 days of receiving the order, to ensure that your parcel reaches us within the 21 days return period.

See below for conditions in order for us to accept a return:

• Item must be returned to us in its original and unworn condition.
• Items must have all tags attached (if applicable).
• Please ensure the parcel is marked as “returned goods” on any necessary customs or postal forms. Failure to do so may delay the issue of any refund, or result in the shipment being returned.

Would you like to exchange your item?

Copline does not offer exchanges due to stock often selling out. If you wish, you can return the item to us following the return instructions above and then place a new order for the desired item.

All returns are processed and refunded within 10 days upon receipt. Assuming there are no issues, you’ll receive an email to confirm your refund exchange as soon as this is processed. Please ensure that you have emailed your return request with the order details and number at info@coplineapparel.com.
