WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ORDER?

Copline does not offer exchanges due to stock often selling out. If you wish, you can return the item to us following the return instructions above and then place a new order for the desired item.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact our customer support via info@coplineapparel.com Cancellation requests are not guaranteed, during peak periods and on orders placed over the weekend.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

An order confirmation will be sent via email.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

You can make modifications to an order by contacting our customer support, in the cases your order has not been dispatched. Modification requests are not guaranteed.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE REFUND TO PROCESS?

Please allow 48-72 business hours for processing a refund for a cancelled order. Refunds are issued on business days only.

I EMAILED CUSTOMER SUPPORT, WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

We aim to respond to all queries within 1 business day. Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Please note response times are likely to be longer during peak periods and we would recommend to allow 3 business days.

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER

Once the package has been received and inspected at our facility, we will contact you further by email to discuss your options.

Each product page includes a Size Guide and details about the size worn by the model. Measurements are provided in inches, unless otherwise specified.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We’re sorry that you are experiencing an issue with your order. Please get back to us by email within 24-48 hours of delivery via info@coplineapparel.com with detailed images of the damaged product(s). Our team will look into this for you with the information requested.

HOW DO I WASH MY ITEMS?

Full care instructions for each piece can be found on the back of the label on your garment. You can also find product aftercare information on the product page of each item under the ‘product details’ tab.
